Will I ever have a career that can one day be explained in a book as interesting this? Probably not. But damn. It will forever be my (very out there) dream to be a writer that can take all of the weird scenarios and observations that I collect in my head about people I come across or make up in my own brain, and put it paper and then to life. I don't even know the first thing about making that happen, so it will always remain in the back of my skull as one of those 'things'.
For now, I'm enjoying getting lost in this book. So far, it's #5 in my "Read Memoirs/Non-Fiction About People Living In New York" mission. Also, Rachel Dratch's book made me want to be her best friend.
